I’m Sarah and I support mothers & families postnatally in South West London.
Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy or your new little arrival! I’m Sarah and I provide at home emotional, physical and practical support for new mums and families postnatally in Wandsworth and South West London.
About Sarah
As a mum of two under five I know how different every postpartum experience can be whether it’s magical, challenging or somewhere inbetween. I had two very different personal experiences postnatally with my children so understand the highs and lows that can come with this next chapter especially when you are well and truly sleep deprived! Feeling supported, cared for and listened to can make a world of difference…and this is where I can help.
How Can I Help You?
A mother who feels rested, supported, and truly listened to is often better able to meet her baby’s needs - and to enjoy those early days a little more too.
As your postnatal doula, my role is to gently take some of the weight off your shoulders. I’m here to support you and your whole family, to listen without judgement, and to help you piece things together in a way that feels manageable and calm. That way you can rest, recover, and move through the postnatal period feeling more informed, supported, and held.
Whether its your first, second or third I am here to support the mother and also the partners, siblings and any pets with the adjustment to a new member of the family - which can be an unpredictable and unsettling period.
A Session With Sarah
A session with me typically lasts 3–4 hours and is completely centred around you and what you need that day. I do also offer ad hoc hourly or two hourly sessions on a case by case basis.
Every family is different, so my support is always flexible. Whether you know exactly what help you want or you’re unsure and need guidance, I will be there to gently suggest and support you in ways that feel right for you. This might include preparing a nourishing meal, helping with light household tasks such as laundry, or holding your baby so you can rest - whether that’s to take a shower or bath, have a nap, or simply have a few quiet moments to yourself.
For families already with little ones, I can also help support with any siblings or pets whether its playing with them to give you time with the baby or equally can hold the baby to give you time with other family members.
I am also here to listen and talk. We can discuss your birth experience, work through any questions or concerns you may have about your recovery, your baby, or feeding - whether that’s breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both.
Above all, my role is to provide calm, compassionate, and practical support, helping you feel held, cared for, and confident during this precious and often overwhelming time.
Sarah’s Packages
-
My starter package is for 12 hours and can be made up of 3 or 4 sessions.
-
If you would like regular support over a number of weeks or months then I also have packages that are made up of 24 or 36 hours which can be split into sessions as you require.
-
I would usually suggest a postnatal planning workshop which we would do ahead of your due date to discuss any preferences or needs before your baby arrives
Please get in touch to book a complimentary call, where we can talk through the support I offer, discuss your individual needs, explore my availability, and go over package options and pricing

Testimonials
“Sarah was so helpful at talking through my daughter’s reflux and feeding difficulties. The fact Sarah had been through it all with her son was honestly the best - it’s hard to fully understand unless you’ve been through it yourself. She was kind and caring and gave us the reassurance we needed at an incredibly difficult time - thank you Sarah!”

“Thank you Sarah - you really helped us in what was a very tricky time! You gave me the reassurance, confidence and support I needed at a time when I was exhausted! Being able to take a shower and some time to myself (which I desperately needed) was great and talking through the various options with feeding and a silent reflux case was just what I needed. I don’t know what I would have done without you!”
